Suitable Production Process


Lightweight 12K Fiber Selection: Thin-diameter 12K carbon fibers are chosen to reduce weight while maintaining tensile strength (>3000MPa).

Precision UD Laying: Fibers are laid in a 0° direction with computerized tension control, ensuring uniform spacing (no overlapping) to minimize weight.

Low-Temp Hot-Melt Bonding: A low-melt polymer weft is applied at 60–80°C to avoid fiber degradation, securing alignment without adding thickness.

Finishing: The fabric is calendared to a smooth surface (improving resin flow) and cut with laser tools for clean edges—critical for sports equipment aesthetics.
